Extensive civil works including excavation and installation of new Services near adjoining Services of existing buildings.

Also included construction of new roads and car parks including regrading of existing pavements to blend with new building levels.

Included bridge works involvement in the construction of 3 culvert creek crossings and road pavement from Gallipoli Drive to Coopers Site.
