Project Summary

The 60,000m2 industrial subdivision released by Land Management Corporation (LMC) required preparation works including, site clearing (tree removal and grubbing), bulk earthworks build up to Level 1 Supervision, stormwater infrastructure and the removal of redundant services.

The placement and compaction of 21,000m3 of fill to Level 1 Supervision was undertaken with the use of GPS machine controlled graders. The whole site was finished within the construction tolerance of +/-10mm of the design levels for the entire site - as verified by an independant 'As Built' survey.
