Acquisition of top soil and formation of greens and fairways

Project Summary

The redevelopment of the oval was a balance between building development and environmental preservation for Coopers Brewery.

​

Due to the main road exposure of the site, this was a high profile project for both the Coopers Brewery and Australasian Construction.

​

The works involved utilising all the soil from other developed areas on the site to form a contoured landscape that is environmentally friendly and appealing to the eye.

 

No new soil was imported for the works. The topsoil was acquired from a 5000m2 warehouse project under construction elsewhere on the Coopers Brewery property.
